Jim Keaty
OWNER
Jim Keaty is the owner and Broker of Keaty Real Estate, established in 2004. Jim was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana and is married to Danielle Chastant Keaty. Together they have 2 girls, Mae and Josephine “Joey” Keaty, and most recently a son named James Keaty II.Jim graduated with a Bachelors’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2002 and then graduated from American Real Estate College in Westminster, Colorado in 2003.
Angelika Thibodaux
Originally from Orange County, New York, Angelika completed her undergraduate degree at Baruch College prior to moving to Lafayette in August of 2019. A month later, she began her career as a Front Desk Coordinator at Keaty Real Estate focusing on assisting 40+ agents with their real estate needs along with performing general administrative tasks. In January of 2022, Angelika attained her title as Office Administrator and is now dedicated entirely to ensuring that the back end duties of our office run smoothly and efficiently as possible while providing that 110% promised service to every one of our clients and agents. In her free time, Angelika likes to go to festivals, listen to live music, exercise at the gym and spend time with her family and friends.
Anna Cain
Raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, graduated from Saint Thomas More High School. She had over 10 years of customer service experience before she found her way to our Keaty team. She is enthusiastic about implementing the tools she’s learned from her past work history and growing within our team. As one of the first faces you see when you walk in the door, and the first voice you hear when you call the office, Anna will greet you with a smile, kindness, and persistence to get you what you need. On her off time, she enjoys yoga,getting creative with painting, and lots of time outside.
Cate Foley
Cate Foley, a member of Keaty Real Estate since 2010, has worn many hats during her tenure. Starting at the front desk, she swiftly became an adept Transaction Coordinator, ensuring seamless real estate transactions. Now serving as Production Coordinator, Cate continues to excel with her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Cate’s commitment extends beyond her core role, as she actively engages in event coordination and community involvement, reflecting Keaty Real Estate’s dedication to making a positive impact in Lafayette.
Cate resides in Lafayette with her Husband, Ian, and two children.
Ethan Broussard
A native of Vermilion Parish, Ethan has been in real estate since 2016. He began his career in New Orleans before joining the Keaty team in 2018. He transitioned to Director of Agent Development in 2021 where he is responsible for recruiting the best agents in Acadiana and helping them grow into expert advisors and the best in the field.
Lainie Harrington
Lainie is an Acadiana native with 5+ years of real estate and management experience. Driven by attention to detail and imaginative problem solving, she takes pride in cultivating a productive, sustainable, welcoming, socially mindful workplace environment. As an operations manager, her goals include continuous company-wide growth and providing agents, staff and clients the tools necessary to succeed. In addition to her primary job functions, Lainie jumps at the opportunity to plan and host community/networking events. When not working, Lainie can be found traveling, enjoying a glass of wine or trying to keep her houseplants alive.
Tom Rosario
With over 14 years of experience in the business of video production, and digital marketing, Tom brings his passion for strategic storytelling and audience engagement to Keaty Real Estate with the intent of building a content eco-system for the betterment of the client’s desired outcome.
He is a story driven content creator focused on building awareness through creative video content. Overseeing all digital video content from conception to completion to meet digital strategic goals. Increasing engagement, leads, conversions, and brand awareness for the agency and the community it serves. Originally from New York City, He currently resides in Broussard, LA with his Wife, 3 kids, dog, cat, hamster, and chicken.
